“Welcome to the Prestige Academy*,” the principle says in a booming voice after you and the rest of the student body watched the late-comers be pied in the face.
“As you all know…” you almost fall asleep until you hear your name being called out in a list of new students.
“Traditionally, we let new students pick their music groups, but due to the large number of new students this year, you will find that you have been assigned to a new or pre-existing group.”
62 names later, you find out that your group is the Utauloids.
Miku, who’s sitting two down from you, sends you an apologetic pout. “Better luck next year,” she mouths.
The Utauloids? Better luck next year? You glance at Len and he nods towards towards two girls sitting in front of you.
Oh. Them. Teto turns around in her seat to face you and sends you a cheery thumbs-up. Neru yanks her back down into her seat and you glance back at Len for confirmation. He smiles at you and senses that you’re worried. He quickly squeezes your hand and you instantly relax.
Whatever happens, at least Len’s on my side. He’ll be there.
The principle goes over a couple rules, and then something catches your attention. “Due to the accident last year, there will be no one allowed in Corridor 57. There will also be a stricter code of conduct on violence. I hope that last year does not repeat. And if it does, those responsible will be sorry.”
You whisper, “What is he talking about? There was an accident?”
Len says nothing. Keeps his gaze fixated straight ahead. You almost nudge him with your shoulder until Gakupo, who's on your other side, flicks your arm. Confused, you turn around and Gakupo shakes his head at you. You glance back at Len. His eyes seem to be glazing over and his teeth bite down on his lip.
What happened last year? And was Len a part of it?

That night...
You yawn and shake your Wii Wheel to accelerate (favorite Mario Kart racer) and you fly through the finish line. "First place, baby!" You cheer.
Len tilts his head like an injured puppy. "Ah, that's not fair! You used a short cut!"
You smirk and lean forward to turn off the TV. "You really are a sore loser, aren't you?"
Len emits a weird moan-sigh and climbs up the ladder to the loft inside your room. You flip the light switch and climb up the other ladder. A thin removable board separates the loft in halves, so sorry to say, you aren't sleeping tucked under Len's arms.
Your face flushes as the above thought pops into your mind. You shake it off and attempt to painstakingly ignore the sound of Len's breathing. Somehow, you're almost asleep until you hear the sound of a muddled scream.
You jerk up and whack your head against the ceiling. "Owww!"
Len tosses over and his hands clench the blankets like he's hanging on the edge of a precipice. The clock by the door reads 12:24. You groan; it's figgin midnight? Len whimpers into his pillow and his hands start to claw at his mattress.
"Hey, wake up!" You lean over the board and roughly shake him.
His eye shoot wide open and he starts to scream. You quickly clap a hand over his mouth, and the screech dies to a gentle sob. His lips start to move from underneath your hand.
"What?"
He grabs your hand and holds it. "I said that I'm sorry."
"It's alright," you sigh. Then you aren't sure if you should tease him about waking you up or ask him what his nightmare was about.
"I hate this damn school." Len's gaze meets your own and you feel your heart pound inside your chest.
"Why? What happened, Len?" His eyes... So wide... And so blue that they put the purest mountain skies to shame.
"I just don't want to be alone. I thought that... If you were here with me..."
"I am here! I'm here for you!" You slide the board off of the loft and hear it clatter against the floor. "Honestly."
His lips spread into a small, gentle smile. You fan your fingers out over his hand and curl them around his palm. Then you lower your head against your pillow and close your eyes...
You were long asleep when Len murmured, "Maybe with you here, it will never happen again."

To Be Noticed! Chapter 8 (Len Kagamine x Reader)
In the last chapter….
It couldn’t be true. You turned to face him, pushing him away. “Len! Just don’t, okay! Just—just leave! We aren’t meant to be together as friends, or anything more! I’m nothing but a worthless commoner and—“
Smooch.
…
Wait….
HOLY SHIT WHAT?!?!?!?
Len stood there, his lips pressed against yours firmly; more firm than you would think is capable for a shota. He seemed demanding; dominant. He was determined to get his message across, even if you didn’t want to hear it.
Pulling away from you, his majestic blonde hair following his head in an an

To Be Noticed! Chapter 4 (Len Kagamine x Reader)
You sat at your desk behind Len at your fourth period class, Health. That class was always the scariest for you. Most guys laughed in Health. Those were the immature ones. Then of course there were always those girls who thought they were guys and did the same. You used to be that way, but Len always seemed really irritated at people like that. Although it was a good thing you sat behind him. Because there were always those times where you almost couldn't stifle a giggle or two.
This was it. In homeroom, you hadn't been able to speak with him, because fangirls showered him with presents and hugs. He smiled and laughed to thank all of them, b

To Be Noticed! Chapter 5 (Len Kagamine x Reader)
You blinked. Were you seeing things?! If you were't.. THAT COULD HAVE BEEN WHITE BUNNY!! You nearly knocked Neru over, trying to get past her through the doorway. "Sorry Neru!" you called back, as she still stared at you, wide eyed.
You ran through the halls, pushing through the crowd of people looking for that figure. Something about her eyes was... Beady... You didn't like it. It was scary. You continued running, as people attempted to knock you along with others down in a hassle to get to the cafeteria.
You panted, looking around for the suspect. She was gone. "Yo ____! What the hell?!" you heard Neru's voice behind you. You did a 180 tu

Greetings everyone from 2014! Wow, I haven't posted since last year!

Anyway, I hope you all like it! I'm afraid that I'm a bit burnt out on writing from the contest I'm entering in. I spent a whole hour making revisions on an entry and ended up hardly changing any of it... But oh well, that's how life goes!
I need a nap. Luckily I had the next few chapters written already (bwa ha ha!) so expect more soon! Thanks everyone!
I do not own Vocaloid. owns you!
