Love Academy! (Len X Reader) *Bonus* Content

“Happy Valentine’s Day!” You awoke to Len poking your cheeks.

“Agh, get off of me!” You shoved him over, only to find that your hands were sliding over a thin layer of paper hearts spread out over the loft. “Len. It looks like Cupid threw up in here.”

“I know! I thought you’d like it!” The cheerful blond started to bounce up and down, nodding his head as he hummed some song. You stared up at him with a bewildered sigh. You couldn’t remember the last time he was this happy, and you were just so happy that the mess from before was over with.

A pounding sounded on the door, and it gently opened. “Someone called for pancakes!” Neru said. She waltzed it, Teto following behind her. The pink-haired shota laughed as she came in balancing a tray of pancakes on her head. “There’s sugary raspberry syrup on them!” She pointed up towards her head.

“And they’re in the shape of hearts…” Neru commented. She shuddered before depositing the pitcher of juice she was carrying onto the desk. Teto knelt down and slid the plate of pancakes beside them.

Your mouth was leaping for joy as you eyed breakfast. “Where did you guys get that stuff?”

“Kaito snuck in a pancake-maker,” Neru said.

“I stole the syrup from the teacher’s lounge!” Teto chimed.

“We pulled a couple strings,” Len said. “I wanted to make today extra-special!”

“We’ll leave you two, but don’t be too late for class!” Neru waved her pointer finger in a tsk-tsk motion and grabbed Teto with her other hand. Then she yanked Teto out of your dorm room, flashing you a smile. The door slammed shut behind them.

“Wow,” you said. “That was…”

Len laughed and slid down from the loft. A shower of heart shaped confetti fell down after him. “This is going to be a lot harder to clean up than I thought,” he muttered.

“Don’t worry,” you said, waving your hand. “They put Nero and his gang on dorm cleaning duty till the end of the semester.”

“Ah. I just don’t know if I trust them anywhere near you,” Len sighed. You bit back a smile as you started to climb down.

“Oh, no! You’re eating breakfast in bed! We’re all going to spoil you today!”

“We’re?” Your eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

“Yeah.” Len started to cut the pancakes into bite sized quantities. “Everyone felt bad about what happened earlier this year. And by everyone, I mean Rin, Kaito, Miku, Neru-”

“Oh,” you said quickly. “Ah, well that’s thoughtful.”

Len shrugged. “Honestly I wanted to spend the day alone with you, but that’s not going to happen. Not with school and everything. Here!” He handed you a plate and a glass of (favorite juice).

You smiled and took a sip. “Thank you, Len. Thank you for everything.”

He smiled back and his ocean blue eyes shined with a brightness that he had lacked only months before. After both of you had finished eating, he allowed you climb out of bed and change into your clothes. “No peeking,” you teased as you slid on your shirt. The girls’ bathroom was just too far away and after a whole semester of this arrangement, you honestly didn’t care anymore.

“I’m not!” You watched as he tied his hair up into that oh-so familiar ponytail. “Ready to go to class?”

“As ready as I’ll ever be.”

“Happy Valentine’s Day, (y/n)!”

You wrapped your arms around him in a warm hug. “Happy Valentine’s Day, Len!”

This (below) is an excerpt from Chapter 5 of Love Academy! that I decided to rewrite for the finalized/ posted story. I kept it because I liked it for some reason- consider it an alternate chapter or bloopers or something, I don’t know!

Out of the corner of your gaze, you watch as the other figure races closer before slowing to a stop.

The girl gapes when she sees you and Miku, and her heavy panting rebounds down the corridor. Miku swivels around and her hands jump onto her hips.

“Well!” She exclaims. “Fancy seeing you here!”

The girl sticks her tongue out at Miku as you continue to squint at her. What’s the bulky thing on top of her- oh! A bow! It’s-

Rin’s eyes travel to the door. “Where’s Len?”

You frown. “He’s inside. Now would”-

“Oh, sweet oranges!” Rin’s hands rise to her face and she vigorously rubs her eyes. “I had this feeling… That he was in some kind of danger!”

You resist the urge to point to Miku and say, “Are you blind, lady?” Instead you force some air down your throat and give each girl a nod. “Well, its been a very long night and I’d like to go back to sleep,” you say.

Suddenly Rin gasps and her eyes widen to the size of plates. “What’s he doing inside the dorm? Is he passed out?”

“Of course he”-

“Did you drug him?”

“What? No!”

“Did someone else drug him?”

“How would I know?”

“Do you and Len sleep in the same bed?” Rin blurts.

“Uhh… Er, no?” A nervous laugh escapes from your lips.

Both girls stare at you. “Whore,” Miku whispers. Rin’s head slightly bobs.

“Excuse me?”

“My… my brother’s sleeping with another girl.” Rin averts her eyes and stares down at the floor. “No. This can’t be happening.”

Miku chimes into the commotion and says, “Who gave you the right to dorm with him anyway?”

“He asked me,” you reply flatly. “Now bug off before I go wake Neru up. And you all know how she is in the morning.”

Rin and Miku meet eyes, silently pondering your threat. Then they reach simultaneous agreement and take off down the hall.
